Framework privacy notice
Privacy should strengthen trust.

U.S. Veteran Intelligence is an independent National Data System framework. The public survey and institutional briefing forms are voluntary.
Information collected
The community survey may collect role category, interests, requested future modules, state, optional ZIP code, optional email address, and contact permission. The briefing form may collect name, work email, organization, geographic market, institutional interest, intended use, and contact permission.
Information we do not request
Do not submit Social Security numbers, VA claim numbers, medical diagnoses, individual disability ratings, benefit amounts, financial information, dates of birth, military records, or other sensitive records.
How information may be used
- Understand aggregate audience needs and product usage.
- Prioritize future public-intelligence modules.
- Respond to an authorized briefing or partnership request.
- Send updates only when contact permission is provided.
- Prepare de-identified aggregate reporting for planning and sponsorship.
National Data System should not sell identifiable Veteran survey responses. Public or commercial reporting should use aggregated or de-identified findings.
Retention and access
Form access should be restricted to authorized personnel. Establish and document a retention period before public launch. Requests to access, correct, or delete submitted information may be sent to privacy@usveteranintelligence.com. This mailbox or forwarding address must be activated before forms are publicly promoted.
Analytics
The lite framework is prepared for aggregate traffic measurement and named interaction events. Do not send form values, email addresses, ZIP codes, or other user-entered content into third-party analytics.
